He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1998 and earned his chartered accountant qualification in 1996. Imran’s expertise includes joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, project management, integrated management system implementation, budgeting, accounting and more.

Throughout his career, Imran has worked with businesses of all sizes across a range of industries, including oil and gas, textiles, construction, and trading. He has also conducted valuation assignments for the Privatization Commission of Pakistan and contributed to World Bank assignments related to the transport and power sectors. Imran’s broad expertise and diverse experience make him a valuable asset to any organization seeking strategic business advice and financial insights.

Rob FFA FTA brings nearly two decades of hands-on accountancy leadership to Redbond & Co. As founder and senior partner of an Essex based accountancy practice, he has directed the firm and its group companies since 2006, building a portfolio of around 1,500 clients ranging from sole traders to established corporates. A Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, British-based and UK-qualified, Rob heads up Redbond & Co's UK side, bridging tax, bookkeeping and business finance support across both markets.

With over 20 years of experience in administrative and operational roles, Annissa brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation, and expertise to the team. As Client Relationship Manager, she plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their journey, ensuring they receive timely, efficient, and high-quality service.

Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and ongoing support, Annissa works closely with both clients and the wider team to understand requirements, resolve queries, and help ensure bookkeeping, year-end accounts, tax, and compliance work progresses smoothly and is delivered as efficiently as possible.

Christian is a UK Chartered Tax advisor and an M&A advisor with +15 years of international corporate experience in various roles from 3 continents. He is specialised in helping SME owners get more out of their hard-earned money through optimisation of their tax position, getting the best structures in place to protect assets and getting their money to work for them. He is also specialised in expat affairs, particularly for UK individuals to help people move across borders and not get the full benefit. Christian has been in the UAE since 2024 and has teamed up with Redbond & Co to offer additional support to their clients.

Joshua Tharby CTA is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over a decade of experience advising entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters.

Joshua trained at top UK firms including Saffery Champness and MacIntyre Hudson, before going on to found and scale JSM Partners in the UK, where he worked extensively with property investors and HNWIs to deliver practical, tax-efficient solutions across real estate, business structuring, and long-term wealth planning. Over the years, he has helped thousands of UK clients legally reduce tax, improve compliance, and build more robust financial structures.
